Terms & Conditions for Participants Nominating for the Awards
1. Eligibility Criteria:
- By submitting an application, participants confirm they have reviewed the eligibility criteria for each award category and meet the requirements for the categories they are applying for.
- Entries must be submitted before the official deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Each individual is permitted to submit only one nomination per category.
2. Application Process
- All nominees must complete the official nomination form with accurate and truthful information.
- Participants may be required to provide supporting documents, references, or case studies to substantiate their nomination.
- Nominees must confirm that all provided information is up-to-date at the time of submission.
- The application will be withdrawn without notification if it is found to be ineligible for the selected categories.
3. Confidentiality
- All submitted materials will remain confidential throughout the Awards process.
4. Language of Submission
- All applications must be submitted in English. Submissions in any other language will not be accepted or considered.
5. Minimum Qualification Score
- A minimum score will be required to qualify for shortlisting. Only those applicants who meet or exceed this score will be eligible for shortlisting.
6. Notification of Shortlisted Candidates
- Given the high volume of applications we will receive, only shortlisted candidates will be notified of their status via email. Non-shortlisted candidates will not receive any communication. Therefore, please ensure you provide an active, official email address when submitting your nomination.
7. Final Decision
- The decision of the judges is final and cannot be appealed.
- The jury reserves the right to disqualify any participant if they do not comply with the terms and conditions, or if they provide misleading or false information.
8. Publicity and Marketing
- By submitting a nomination, participants agree that their names, photos/ videos, and award-related content may be used for promotional purposes, including in press releases, social media posts, and marketing materials.
9. Intellectual Property
- Any content provided must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties or involve plagiarism.
10. Changes to the Awards
- The organizers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or withdraw any award category at their discretion.
11. Eligibility for Multiple Categories
- Participants may apply for multiple categories, provided they meet the criteria for each respective category. However, they must submit separate nominations for each category.
12. Final Decision
- The judges' decision will be final in the event of any dispute concerning the appropriate category for an entry. If necessary, judges may recommend reassigning an entry to another category and will inform the nominator of the change.
Note: These terms and conditions are applicable to all the award categories. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in the nominators being deemed ineligible.
